For some of us, it's not easy to quiet the mind when the body is so restless. This retreat can help you find inner calm and realign with what truly matters: YOU.
This retreat is the perfect opportunity to go within and discover how the constant noise disconnects us from our deep being. You will experience the freedom from societal masks and expectations, with a primary focus on what is happening within us.
Meditation, introspection, stretching, and sound baths are part of the program of this silent retreat, allowing you to listen to your authentic self.
Once a day, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences and achievements.

Thérapeute holistique j'accompagne depuis des années des personnes lors de leur voyage intérieur à la découverte d'eux même et de leur mieux être. Au fil des ans j'ai créé et développé une technique innovante et efficace qui utilise aussi bien des techniques de PNL (Programmation Neuro Linguistique) que de la visualisation, le travail sur l'enfant intérieur, le jeu de rôle, ou encore la méditation.
Ma capacité à ressentir et voir les points importants à travailler chez les personnes permet aux personnes d’aller plus rapidement à l’essentiel et de mettre en place des changements plus rapides et profonds.
Axé sur la reconnexion avec vous-même et avec vos besoins, mon coaching vous permet à la fois de comprendre la cause d'une situation (ou d'un mal être) et d'en trouver les solutions et les moyens qui vous permettent d'apporter des changements concrets dans votre vie.
Je pratique la méditation depuis 14 ans et le Yoga depuis plus de 10 ans et mes différents voyages m'ont permis d'étudier différents types de méditation dont j'enseigne aujourd'hui aussi bien les techniques que les bienfaits.

Our retreats take place in the center of Portugal, in a natural setting. You will be surrounded by tranquility and nature. We are located a 15-minute drive from a beautiful lake and a 5-minute drive from a river.
Enjoy your free time as you wish: reading, taking a nap in one of the hammocks or hanging chairs, walking or cycling in the surrounding nature, or simply staying in the house. Whatever you choose, you will be in the perfect environment to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with what truly matters: YOU.
In addition to providing the perfect place for relaxation, this retreat supports your personal development, reconnecting with yourself (and/or your body), or rebalancing your energies.

Your accommodation:
During your stay you can choose from several types of accommodation according to your budget. Come with your own tent, sleep in one of our tents, or choose The pearl (our small caravan), or the large caravan option with 2 bedrooms.
How to reach us:
We are located next to Castelo Branco, in central Portugal. Take a flight to Lisbon or Porto, then a train and a bus to Castelo Branco. We come to pick you up there.
Our rates do not include:
Transportation (round trip) to Castelo Branco.
Services, excursions and other activities not included in the program (to be paid extra).
Booking and Payment:
To secure your spot the full payment for stay is due at time of booking.
The reservation of your stay becomes final upon receipt of your payment.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal (additional fees may apply).
For Bank Transfer payments, any applicable bank fees are your responsibility.
Credit card payments are also accepted.
Please note that we do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Up to 1 month before the start of the stay: 80% refunded in the event of cancellation.
- Up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay: 50% refunded in the event of cancellation.
- No refund in case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the stay.
Changes to the Retreat:
We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat program, including schedules, activities, or accommodations, if necessary. We will inform you in advance of any significant changes.
Health and Safety:

It is your responsibility to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements that may affect your participation in the retreat. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants. Please adhere to any safety guidelines or instructions provided during the retreat.
